Donald drumpf refuses to unlock account

The account is locked on suspicion of being stolen and he refuses to unlock it.
When I pmed him to ask him to help me unlock it he said,
"yeah just like i know when i asked could you put a vouche for me and u didnt. i asked for something simple but it was too much apparently. so im not going to waste my time either in that sense."

Ill need proof that that is his skype, and proof he is denying to unlock the accounts in photo form before we can do anything please. @MatthewDai98

Ok, asked for some other opinions. We agreed upon that what he said had some malicious intent.

He will be banned until he unlocks the account for you.
