Ok so I've been banned for the following reasons:

Well let me take this one piece at a time.

Attempt to sell sythe account (from gergle2)

Gergle2 is my IRL friend Noah. He has only been on my IP once and that was a few months ago when he was over and I helped him recover his Sythe account. Now you can say "you are responsible for your IP" which yes is true. I am responsible for what is done on my IP address. According to when I called him he said he posted on a thread wondering how much his Sythe account was worth. Claims he never intended to sell it but I'm not here defending him. He says he posted it at his house. If you check he has Cliq internet and I have Comcast. So yes I am responsible for what is done on my IP but once he comes on my IP once it doesn't make me forever responsible. I mean I can't babysit him. I am responsible for what is done on my IP though yes.

Well what was said there yes was me. The story behind this was jasdeep3 (one of my friends) was upset that farcast didn't have any spears so he wanted to fuck with farcast. He was trying to fuck with farcast saying he was gonna get him banned and shit and I said that line and kinda joined in. Yes I realize it wasn't the smartest thing to say. Shortly after farcast got off skype and I immediately messaged him on MSN. He said he wasn't worried etc. I told him if he needed anything concerning jasdeep to let me know. Once he told me the staff was taking the report seriously I told jas to stop immediately but he said it was too late he already made the report. If you look I even made a post defending farcast which I had moved to the lounge. Also that "get brandon" brandon and I aren't even friends. Ask anyone in ******** I flame him constantly. I blocked him on msn/skype. He's an arrogant faggot and I tell him that everytime I see him. Yes what I said was wrong but it was all shit I knew farcast wouldn't take me seriously.

Ok this one is ludicrous. Here is where they were threatening to DoS me on Skype. I said I'll use peerguardian and their dos will fail. Peerguardian is an IP blocker program. Any sort of IP that is "incoming" in the form of UDP I simply click block and then the flood stops incoming to my IP and usually freezes the attack. I do not know how to DoS but I am knowledgeable about DoS attacks because the kids I used to hang out with all have botnets. Hanging with them I inquired how I can stop DDoS's etc. and they showed me peerguardian and hotspot shield. These are two of the best programs for anti DoS's. I do not have a shell, I do not have a botnet nor do I use any of them. I mean if you're going to say I "know how to dos" then anyone who can type in someones IP and press go knows how to DoS. I do not have the tools to dos nor have I ever. All I have is peerguardian. Hotspot no longer works so I dumped that.

Yes I didn't mean like I'm going to pull open a botnet. I mean like their packets are gonna hit a U-turn... Peerguardian is not a tool to DoS people. I do not DoS people. I never have and I never will because I used to get DoSed DAILY and I know how it feels (hence why I use peerguardian)

Yes I agree these incessant situations are quite timely. But only one of them (the first one) has been my fault. All of these are miner technicalities where it is a bunch of twisted skype calls and what could be's. The gergle2 situation didn't happen on my IP so I am responsible for my IP. I've never tried to do anything against farcast in fact I even made a post on his behalf which megamatt moved to the SL for me. And all this DoS crap is twisted words again, peerguardian is an anti DoS tool.
