Firstly, thanks to Ross for helping to clear up this situation and for your good intentions.

I've read over the report and through the screen shots and do not remember the conversation at all, it seems that my account must of been compromised at the time without myself being aware (Someone else using my MSN and/or email without changing the password). I have now changed all my passwords and ran a full system scan and my system is clean.

I've seen this kind of situation many a time during my time here at Sythe and am aware that it is a frequent problem, and from my experience I understand I will have to pay back the other person regardless of whether or not I was in control of my account at the time.

I can accept this, however I am sure you can understand that Â£52 ($81) is a considerable amount of money for a jobless, underage teenager. For that reason, I do not currently have the funds in my bank account or my paypal account. However, as Christmas is coming up and I should be receiving some money from my Grandparents, and therefore I will be able to pay the other person back sometime in the near future.

I would appreciate it if you would give me some time to gather the funds, and if you could ask the other person to contact me on MSN a.s.a.p. I've checked my MSN contacts and this person is not added ([email protected] as displayed by the email account screenshot on the scam report) and I have now sent him a MSN friend request.

Please bear with me and understand my situation.
