    Do you fail to notice I' talking about being proportionate? Not only are you completely wrong in your advice you fail in reading comprehension.

    If you're going to follow madhacker's advice, minus the creatine you'll be fine as long as you work your back to maintain proportion.

    Creatine is very dangerous for you kidneys. If you don't believe me, have fun getting temporary results while consuming it will destroy your natural production of creatine and your "Omg-imso tuff rolf"-hugeness will go away and you'll have pretty harsh liver damage.

    Your comments do not damage me emotionally, thanks for trying.

    Creatine is found in many red meats, we consume creatine everyday. If he has the correct amount, he'll be fine. 3-5g in a post workout won't destroy his liver, or kidneys, but it can impose a major risk if you load on creatine. Yes, if you have too much creatine daily, it'll damage your kidneys, and liver.

    Help.

    EVERYONE I know that is well built from going to the gym has stunted growth. They're not short but i'm fairly taller than them while still being younger. Do some pushups/light bicep curls and situps and eat better. If you stunt your growth now you'll look back in years and ask why you didn't just wait until you were 18.
