here's my deal... I've tried to find an account on here several times with absolutely no luck at all.

i've been looking at this other site, which will remain nameless, but in order to become fully registered you have to have a cell/land line in the US(skype doesnt work) that they can send a pin to... you type the pin in... bam you're authorized to buy accounts.

i'm in the military, stationed overseas (Navy/Japan) and therefore dont have either of these. i have a Japanese cell, a skype account, military email, and all sorts of other contact information, but none of this does any good.

just wondering if anyone had any idea's, or would be willing to help me out with this? long shot i know, but worth a shot.
