Help With Verifying Paypal Please!!

Okay, so I tried to verify my PayPal account by using www.netspend.com, and it failed.. I entered all of my bank info, and after a couple of days PayPal told me that my bank rejected the deposits, I tried to enter the bank info again, but it said that bank account was blocked. A couple days after that I received my prepaid Visa card in the mail, and tried to activate it on the site, but netspend said that the primary card holder must be atleast 18 years of age. I am only 15. My parents told me not to lie about my age because I could get into a LOT of trouble with the FDIC. I need to know if there is ANY other way I can verify my PayPal account without being 18 years old, and without having a credit card, or a bank account. PLEASE help me!

My parents were actually a little pissed about me getting the card, as I didn't know it was being sent to me until a couple days before I got it.. And imbazz, I already have money on my accounts, and I need to get it verified so I can send the money.

Buy a visa giftcard (they are really easily accessible nowadays), register it on the website it gives you, then add it to your paypal as a credit/debit card using the info you registered the card with.

EDIT: This will raise your sending limit to $5,000, which should be more than enough.
