Help with trying to recover an account

In the attempt of recovering one of my old "side mains" since I can't recover the nice one I changed my name a while back and I wanted to know do I have to recover it with my new name or can i use my old one. Also how can I find out if I set an email and what are the key things you must have when recovering an account one more thing it used to rank in the high scores but when I look it up it doesn't show is that just because its so old or is it like deleted or something. Just a few questions I have about the new RS. Lol Thanks ahead of time

 

Umm.. the reason why it doesn't show on high scores is because its free to play. And when your logging in its your username so the first login name you had not your screen name. And I don't know anything elts as of now.. just trying to change password and was like wtf??!?!?! wheres the account management good luck with recovering your account!

 

Yeah when I played it was much more simple... and now you have to be p2p to show up on highscores.... WOW...

 

Just id the forgotten password stuff again with original name and it asked for recoveries thank god! Lol
