Help with SMS Pins.

Not sure if this thread is in the proper place. But, Whats done is done.
Alright, I have a Motorola W315 Cell Phone. Anyways, I cannot send SMS or call in to get a Runescape 2 membership pin. I call and I get a response back saying the number I have dialed is restricted or something. When I send a SMS it says Transmission failure. Anyone have any ideas?

It's probably your cell phone plan company.

It only takes Cingular and some other crap I think, T-Mobile Doesn't work.

maybe ur cell company blocks ur calls, you should try contacting them if none of the above helped.
