The issue here is probably like it already says what the issue is. You have used the sane phone number for too many Skype addresses. This means either deleting your phone number off the Skype addresses you have already made or get a new phone number.

Skype alongside other conglomerates have this security feature. Sometimes the fix is simple and all you need to do is clear your cache/cookies.
