Help with selling an account!

Ok so, i understand no one will really trust anyone selling an account with recoveries or their email address registered. I removed my recoveries(which will take a couple of days), but how do you get rid of your email on the account? I'm trying to swap my account/sell it.

Also i have membership? do i have to show something? or can i just cancel it and it's safe?...Please help. Thanks,

I don't know if you can Remove the e-mail address BUT what I actually heard that you can change !

Well .. Any membership done on any accounts can be like recoveries .. If he stored the info .. So Just try to Seem legit by giving All info you know!

Example:

My Internet Connection provider is XXX .
I opened the Account On XX/XX/XXXX .
First recoveries I st for this Acc Were 1-XXX 2-XXX 3-XXX .
IP I opened the ACC with is XXX.XXX.X.XXX .
I payed Membership using XXXXXXXXX . If it was a CC State its kind .. Visa for example , If it was pins state type and country!
First E-mail Address .
Plus any additional info .

Yeah you helped a lot actually, but the thing is also, i forget where i stored my recoveries and membership info from when i purchased it a while back, so i don't want to feel like a scammer or trying to do anything. I'm just planning on swapping this account for an account that i have been wanting for ages lol.
