Help with my range tanker! 60 def or 70

Okay well basically I am going to make my range tanker with these stats:

60 defense
99 range
95 prayer - soul split
94 magic
60 attack
70-99 str

I am currently 56 defense and have just enough exp left to complete every single defense quest without going over 60.

Basically I would run around tanking with a dragon med, skirt, granite shield.

My question is which is better 60 defense or 70 (I'll obviously go up a few combats if im lvl 70 which is why I prefer 60 defense so that I can easily shred my combat levels)

 

whats soul split ??? and tanks need 44 pray not 95 and vengance otherwise without veng wont get lots of kills and stay 60 def and getting 60 att 99 str u will not be a tank u will be meelee based thus not a tank. 60 att 88/89 str u can be a tank but any higher u will be meelee based

 

Yeah 44 prayer is fine or 52 for members.

60 defence stick with it or get 70 if you want to be a barrows tank but imo i perfer 60 so you would have a lower cb level and pwn people at your level.

Ancient curses= Soul split

Soul split= dominate everybody in wildy
