Help with my locked account

well when i rememberd my other account that it got banned in 07 i try the password and it says make a lock appeal i have made a lock appeal with all the right details.

it has taken 4 days so far and it says it will take 3.

but when i try out teh new pass it says invalid username pass, not this account is locked.
