i need help with hypercam 2... what the problem is, i do not know how to record sound... i have both boxes checked that says play sound and i have registered the hypercam. if anyone could help me figure out what the problem is, id be happy. thanks

You need a recording microphone plugged into your computer.

I think he means the sound from the computer, not people talking etc.

theres a tab, and it says "record sound" click that and also click which intensity you would like it to record at

Can't say this enough... look into switching to CamStudio. Easy to use and if you turn on sound recording it records all the sound your computer is currently processing.

hypercam never recorded sound for me. try a program called fraps, tells you your frames per second and can record in high detail. it also makes the sound clearly.

the only problem is you can only use it with 3d games, it will not work with rs though.

the worst thing about it is that you have to pay 5$ after your trial is up

One it only works with 3D games and two it costs 5$ after trial?.. Doesn't sound very helpful at all.

Get the free program I mentioned and message me on MSN if ever you need help (it was pretty simple for me though).

hey nullware, about your camstudio you suggested to me... i scanned the program and it showed 1 thing up on the scan... it said "Riskware.Virtool.Zombantiantivir ." What is that and is it safe?

So you have both boxes checked, etc. Maybe the item you need to record the sound for is un-available in sound recording? Like, it doesn't do youtube sounds I hear.
Do This if nothing else works.

Camstudio is a free replica of Camtasia

I have a Camtasia key while my young brother uses Camstudio...its almost the same.

I don't think HyperCam can record sound from your computer.

hypercam can record sound from your computer, its low quality, you might aswell just add music in when you are editing the clip.
