Help with HTML

Well every time I try adding pictures to my HTML they don't show up. These icons come up. Look in between the red circles.

 

are the pictures set to the propper sizes on

width="x" and height="x"

 

make sure your using the right tags.
images should look like this
<img src="image.gif">

 

First of all, you want to make sure you do make the border equal to 0 so there isn't that purple border around it. You do that like this:
<img src="URL" border="0">
Second, that icon means that your image isn't linked to a proper location, the link is broken. Make sure the url in the src=" " is correct, or re upload it.

 

the images are links to the right location, could you give us the source you used for this and what images are you trying to use?
