Help with F-keys OSRS

Ive just bought a new laptop (Lenovo) when I'm playing rs I can't use f keys to switch? Example - f1 should go to my spec/attack style. Instead of doing that it just mutes my sound (which is what the f key should do)

How do i swap my f keys to play inside rs instead of doing their actual functions?
