Help with downloading video game ROMS.

NOTE: Only post if you have successfully played video games on your pc. Im not talking about Pc games; I'm talking about downloading systems such as Gameboys, or Super nintendos.

I've seen numerous people play Video game ROMS and things related to that. I'm talking about, for example, downloading a gameboy advance on your computer and playing games such as Pokemon or something.

The problem is that I go to different websites where they do provide the system downloads, and games (the system and the games are separate links to download)but when I go click on the link to download, it tells me to "vote" for this other website, and it either keeps going in circles, or it leads me to a dead end. I want to play some SNES games and Gameboy color games, but all it gives me is crap. Someone know how to sucessfully download them?

Haha, I once downloaded a complete SSB Melee ISO (like over 1gb). I could only get about 6 fps on my emulator

Anyway, yes, I play N64 games quite frequently on my pc. I got most of the roms from friends, though. Here's my only advice:

Project 64 is a GREAT emulator.

Last time I got roms, I just managed to find 'em with google. I really don't remember where I downloaded them from, sorry. I don't recall having much difficulty.

yeah just look around different website, not all of them are dead end downloads. also maybe try searcing some torrent sites. i downloaded a file with over like 1k+ or sumthing roms.
