You need a sextant and the chart with you. You need to have it in your invo or you cant dig it.

 

Fuk... Where's the observatory? and how much do those cost?

 

they give em for free. just check on google where to each item.

 

The observatory if just about Castlewars. There's a way to get in by talking to the professor in the house above the observatory from my understanding.

Also, you need the sextant, watch, and chart. Try looking up the Treasure Trail Guide on Zybez for further instruction on how to obtain each.
