Help With a Trade?

So I've been trying to sell my PC for a little bit now, since I already have a ROG and another desktop. The PC is older, however, some guy offered me a trade. I'm not sure what to do about it though.

And I took a quote from the guy's e-mail about what he wants to trade. As far as I can tell, everything looks good in the pics, but I still sent him an e-mail back asking about the condition and stuff.

Here's the quote:

"i will trade my xbox 360 250gb, 25 games with some Downloadable content,$40 HD Component Cable, 4 controllers in decent condition and a $180 Tritton Ax Pro headset.
I added all these items up for their used prices and it came to a little over $850"



What do you guys think? Any advice?

How amd where are you trading?
This is what i would do:
First, ask the guy to send you a video with proof at the xbox is in fully working cndition
do a persom to persom trade, so that you can make sure that the condition of the xbox ks like he claimed

And he said that he has 25 downloaded games; is his xbox hacked to be able to play illegally downloaded games? Make sure that it's legit.

He said 25 games with DLC, not 25 downloaded games.

But still, I wouldn't pay that much for a flashed (is this term still used?) xbox, even with all the accessories.

Does it matter if it's used? I'm not sure how it works, but I know I sold my friend my xbox when it got a red ring, he sent it in and they fixed/replaced it for him... So either way it should be fine, right?
