Help someone held a paypal payment

If someone held payment and sent gift + added note I recieved and won't refund. Will i win case?i sold his 70m gold

ok? but honestly a higher reputation has nothing to do with opinions. No one knows for sure what will happen but paypal.

Yeah people have won if the buyer dosent answer paypal withing 7 days lol.

Also people win if they send fake mails and say that they delivered the item (this can get you sued)



The only way to really win your dispute is to sell Apples, Bananas, or worthless items. You ship them to the person with tracking.

 

You will lose, paypal doesn't cover intangible goods in any way.

Call Paypal And Make An Argument

 

The dispute is the vast majority of the time given to the buyer. Unless you can provide a tracking number and postal proof (Which you can't, as it's a virtual item) then you are probably screwed. Sorry.

 

if he said his paypal got limited. Is he telling the truth?

 

he wouldnt be able to send the money in the first place if his paypal was limited? would he?

 

the payment is held which means paypal is doing their own investigation due to suspicious activity. what do i mean by that? he used proxy while sending you money to make it look like his PP was hacked and it was unauthorized transaction. I learned the lesson hard way after getting scammed for 335m. Expect to never see your money again. Life sucks but you will get over it.
