Help required, IRC auth.

Hey, I forgot what I set my IRC auth password to and I've already checked on the IRC help system and it says I need my e-Mail to re-gain access. My MSN account has been hacked and I have no clue as in what to do.

Resident do you have MSN or something maybe we can sort something out please.
