Help removing self-requested ban.

A customer of my questing service self requested a ban on here and doesnt know how to unban it, his sythe name is beorn if that helps anything. I talk to him on skype, so any information on how to fix i can give to him directly.

 

He needs to go to the dispute section and request an unban or he can just msn or skype a mod and im sure they would unban him. Its pretty easy let me know if you need help.

 

Except he won't be able to make a dispute as he'll be presented with the ban screen. He'll need to clear his cookies and cache first. It should also be noted you do not need to create a new account to create a dispute.

 

Contact the mod who SRB'd him on his behalf, that's what I did. I got someone to PM SuF for me.

 

I pmed video about it he should respond soon.

 

Sectional moderators can't unban people, they can only request it... Your best bet is to go higher up.
