Help regarding Sir Amik RFD Subquest.

So After being on this part for over 2 hours, i think i'm stuck. So everything was fine up until the part where i had to kill the evil chicken, but yet i went into the lair, there was no evil chicken. Am i missing something?

Before you even comment note this:
1. I talked to the lumbridge cook 5 times.
2. I talked to the old wise man 5 times as well regarding strange beasts and the evil chicken. Also yes i did finish the dialogue, you would think i wouldn't spam it 5 times consecutively.
3. I also found the book on the bookshelf and also read that. Did nothing whatsoever.
4. I did not start swan song at all. Still red and everything.
5. I killed a black dragon first and i got the dragon token, but still have yet to see an evil chicken appear.

The only thing i'm missing is the evil chicken egg but theres no egg to find. The nest does not have a search option and i've emptied my brulee (referring to slayermusiq's guide) and it did nothing at all.

 

I honestly doubt you're going to find the answer to this since it's awfully specific, have you tried skipping to this part on a youtube video to see where you might have went wrong?

 

I advice you to watch youtune videos guide for this ..

 

You must have forgot to talk to an npc or do something, otherwise it would let you continue.
