Help! regarding PayPal

[Big-cow]

Hey, dose anyone know where the PayPal, claim and cancel form is. The one that teaches you how to Claim and Cancel, and tips on not to get scammed via PayPal, I can't seem to find it, and my search on Sythe isn't working.

THanks!!
