Help recovering my account

When i go to recover the account it says error cannot do it or soemthing... once i go to recover its just says error when i type in name just waits there after i push submit doesnt give me recover questions or anything just freezes at login screen :S anyhelp why its doing that

 

I am having the same problem atm

 

for some reason the loading pages that involve logins have problem a lot... idk why

 

wait a couple of hours, if more then one person is having a problem useually means nothing you can do about it and jagex has to get there act into gear to fix it
