Help plz ill pay

ok well i dont know what section this is ment to be in so i posted here i got virgin broadband 2 days ago was all workign fine the 1st day 2nd day we had to set up a new wireless network all done over the phone.

now i cant download anything from bot clients/firefox anything

error message is:
the connection with the server was reset

any 1 have any ideas how to download stuff i will pay if it works

Virgin Broadband has this little problem with Firewalls.
Some programs will download with it on/off, some won't.

Try turning off your firewall and all for some of the downloads.
