help please. my server keeps dcing

Sorry if this is in the wrong section or if its not aloud at all. But i couldnt find any other section.

Ok here is what happens:

You log on and start playing.
You then randomly disconnect and continue again

it happens every 20 seconds or so

its not auto restarters fault

it does it with and without auto restarter
