*Help*Not reciving emails from jagex

Ok i am trining to recover my runescape account and i filled out the recover account thing and then i but in my email and it said they will email me within 15 minutes to tell me if i get it but still 2 hours no email. i tried like 5 times and i check spam folder and inbox nothing.... please help!!:nuts: :nuts: :nuts:

Your email server could be lagging?

Give it like an hour or two is your best bet.

You on Hotmail? If so I get this problem I never get anything from them. I get it on Yahoo though, so it might be worth trying that.

 

Sometimes its takes a few hours like it did for me.

 

Spamming them with repeat appeals will result in further delays, and the chance of them getting denied. Your best remedy is to wait, or you can just contact customer support about the issue.

 

Check your email settings to make sure that you don't have your spam folder on auto delete spam messages.

 

It always takes a while, if its a locked appeal it could take longer.
I didn't get my appeal in 3 days
