Help Nexus Client (Error Registry key.....)

So I've been using a vps for a few months and when I came back on my computer to try
to run nexus client on my computer, an error popped up and nexus doesn't open.
I was running run-withcmd-RAM450MB And this happened.

*Note* I've tried to re-install the install-windows.bat file, It pops up for a sec and disappears.

Also are you using Windows 7?

I'm using windows xp, is there a certain type of java I have to download or just the main one?
