I try to go to the password recovery and

I entered a old email i had on the account and there is no option past it.

What do i do?

 

make a new account and send a message to jagex with all ur details for that account and they will lock it and remove the email so you can recover it, it may take 3-5 days for a reply

 

I dont think a new acc is needed. Just need a way to get the emails off as the account is already locked.

Either my english is mindfucking me or i think you do not understand.

I already sent them an email wanting my account recovered.

They locked it and granted me an account recovery, but they havent removed the email (I believe a mistake from there side) so i cant submitt the manual password recovery.
