    Just wondering how to put neon glows n that sortah stuff to your photos.

    ive seen other programs like lightshop and that.

    Help needed :)

    under filters you will find many different things such as neon glow that you can use to change your image, i dont have it at the moment so i cant help you too much lol.

    first get a starter picture (one that you want to be ur sig) open it in photoshop
    and go to filters. there will be a list of different enhancers click on each one to do different looks (this is only for a basic sig.. but will still look good):)

    Lol, the best way to do this, and if you want to change your mind later about it, is to go into Blending Options on the layer you want to 'neonize'. Then select "Outer Glow" and set the colour to whatever you want (Strong red, blue etc.) then set the size to about 20px. Should work :)

    What kirvin said and by raising the size of px raises the spread of the glow..
