    Help Needed(IRC Dicing Channel)
    Hey guys, I'm planning on starting a dicing irc for runscape. I managed to create one but the problem is that everyone who joins my irc channel has administrative control and I don't know how to take away or give administrative control to the users who joined my channel. I used the programe called mIRC to create the channel. Please offer any help if possible. Thanks :)

    PS: Sorry if I am posting in the wrong section. Not sure where I am supposed to post this but this section seemed to be the closest to what I need help with. And sorry for double posting this thread. My computer was lagging. Please remove 1. Thanks :)
