[ HELP NEEDED] Appealing a Ban on OSRS

I've had several accounts unbanned since they released the new appeal system a few years back all of which were personal PKing accounts all 100% botted cmb stats, from my experience it seems you get 1 chance at having it unbanned - I've always gone for the apology option which has worked for around 5/8 of my accounts (one even had 4 macroing offences). Once they deny this it seems you're stuffed & put on an ignore list for future appeals ....ALTHOUGH I have gotten a couple back after re-trying 2-3 years later.
Only accounts that I've noticed are impossible to unban are those that have done bug abuse or account hijacking etc.

I feel like you have one appeal chance and that's usually best used around 1-2+ years after the ban with the ol' apology letter, or SE jagex into thinking it wasn't you on the account (I've done that before to not only Jagex but Riot and other games too) - but the latter option is a lot riskier.
