Help more than anything..

Me and another member are having a dispute. I sold him a level 92 for a PBP and a few weeks later he got all his accounts locked. I have been trying for the last week to get it unlocked (3 appeals all denied). He is getting very wound up and thinks I'm scamming him. He wants me to send him my personal info but I'm refusing because then it would be possible for him to access my emails/other accounts.

He claims to have put 20m on the account and if I recover it I will return the account straight to him.

Who is in the right? Should I give him my info or should he send me the rest of the info I need to get it unlocked.

Please help!

 

How did he get them all locked? What personal information does he want?

 

i dont know. He must have been logging in and out of the accoutns from different IP address's. He wants my recovery questions which are the same for all my acounts. My location info, previous passwords and

 

Well why can't you recover it for him and give it back to him?
