Hey sythe... so recently i got into skateboarding after about a year of longboarding i thought i might give it a try. I nailed down moving ollies pretty fast in like an hour i got them down. i can't jump super high but i can jump most of the time. For some reason i cant seem to land pop shovits or even shovits for that matter. I know that there's, at least, a few skaters on Sythe so if your there help me out :D if you got a Skype that would be even better because you could see what i was doing wrong. well yeah that's it. HELP ME :D

P.S. When i try and shovit my front foot seems to go backwards and away from the board and most of the time i catch the deck late... i t

tryed that it doesnt have anything with that for me i think cuz i can land with my back foot but my front 1 lands where i started

Just remember to keep your feet high up. That's prolly the best tip I can give you. :p

Thanks m8 :)

Honestly.... do exactly what your doing when you ollie then simply swipe your back foot backwards most simple trick to learn once you can ollie

Do what i said on the general discussion, its the easiestttt way trust me :P

Any of you got tips on heelflips? I can't seem to keep the board under me, either that or I can never get my feet to find the board.

Theirs a difference between Popping and scooping.
Also Scooping and shuving.

Send me a Pm weather you skate goofy or regular and we can talk more :)

For shuvs you gotta practice with the foot you keep on the tail sweeping it forward and after you get the hang of it try shuvs than pops.

Honestly, from my experiences from skating, its all psychological. You're subconciously scared of landing it. Going balls out and trying to land on the board is the best thing you can do.
