Help me register for RiD!

Hey guys I am trying to register for RiD and its not letting me. It says error and try a different browser which I tried to do. Is it possible that someone can just make me an account on there and I could change the password?
Any help would be great,

I can't login on my account, havent been able to in a long while either... Its using the password RID sent me in my recovery email too :/

Also, cant register a new account.
