Download Tor browser at home then run it at school on a memory stick. If they allow the running of .exes then it should work. You might have to turn on Java in the settings though as it is automatically turned off due to security issues.

 

Obviously, you don't know about group policy. It's not a PERSONAL computer, so there is no administrator account for that computer, rather the network it is connected to and used on. Without useful feedback, your reply is not needed nor wanted here.

Let's see you access the local admin account without running .exe files while you have a RAT from IT deployed in your system to watch your every click if they choose to do so. I don't pretend to know everything, but from my experience, it doesn't matter if the computer is started without a network connection, if the group policy has been enabled efficiently, it should remain in effect even if the device is disconnected from all networks. So, until you can provide evidence that accessing the local administrator account on a computer with unknown credentials would enable you to override group policy in a timely manner (less than 10 minutes), your whole argument is pointless.

The only way to accomplish the OP's task is temporary workarounds as once a breach is detected, credentials could simply be reset and eventually, the user would be caught if he chose to repeat this task. The OP states that the device is an immobile desktop at his school. The amount of work you are suggesting to put into this task for the end result is unreasonable.

 

Tor doesn't work for basically everything. I would bet that Runescape blocks Tor IPs

As for the whole flash drive theory, there's a strong possibility that won't work and will just load up the 'blocked' page in the downloadable client.

 

idk how but my friend got rs to work on his iphone back when choppable ivy first came out. he said there was a ton of lag, but just enough connection for him to AFK train wc while in class or at work.

 

Most likely through a RAT to his home computer with a program like Teamviewer mobile.

 

You can do all that with a few tools loaded onto a bootable disk. Granted, there's pretty much no way (that I've cared to learn) to avoid getting caught once someone knows there's something going on. Maybe you should educate yourself.

 

I used to always use RSbot at school to play but I haven't tried it in quiet awhile.

 

As many others have pointed out, just use a proxy or try to run the browser as admin and if successful add it to a list of allowed websites
