Help Me Farm

Hey, I recently got interested in the concept of Gold Farmin and figured if I can make some money off a game while doing absolutely nothing, Why Not?

So I'm Giving it a shot.

I have a:
Start Up budget: 100$ CAD

And

3 Computers: 2 Desktops, 1 Laptop

What I Need Help with:

1) Which bot to use (Planning on paying for it, to reduce chance of getting banned within 2 days)

2)Which Script to use, (I'm planning on OSRS botting, so botting which skill will be most efficient and make the most money, and take the longest to ban)

3) Proxies and VPN, Best Premium encrypted VPN service. I want one software that I can pay for and download onto all three computers

4)F2P vs P2P Whats the difference? Gp wise, I Don't want to spend money on membership on all accounts until i start seeing profits, but I will likely get it for 3 accounts atleast.

5)How Many accounts should I begin with? Like I said I have 3 computers

Desktop 1 is capable of running 3 at least.
Desktop 2 is capable of running 3 MAX
Laptop is capable of running 3 at least.

6) I stated that I was planning on botting on OSRS but what would actually be more ideal, taking in the consideration, which would make me more Real life money, and which RS will most likely take longer for the bans to roll in.

7) Any additional advice from the Sythe community would be greatly appreciated.

I'll address everything I can but keep in mind my farm was started recently so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Goldfarming isn't making money off of absolutely nothing, this is a common misconception and though I knew there would be work to put in, there's a lot more than I expected. You have to find a method, get a script, and set up your accounts to do that method. If that method has requirements you'll have to get those or get a script to get those. Then, if any of your bits gets banned you'll have to start another one to take its place.

1. I personally use Tribot, it has a reputation of being the best client right now. If RiD ever finishes development, I'll switch to them. I used that in the past and it was phenomenal.

2. It's best to get a private script so as to reduce ban and detection rates, though don't waste money on a private script for a method that had a high banrate by default. It's best is you can find a good moneymaker that isn't well known, which will take some research. What a lot of people don't tell you is that you need to make sure the market for that item is healthy. Which takes more research.

3. I use ProxyFish, though will be switching next month if I can find something cheaper. Or maybe not, their proxies so far are pretty good. I don't use a VPN but honestly will look more into them as my farm grows.

4. Trial and error for this one. Honestly I'd research money makers then get membership to do it. 300k/hour breaks you even with the cost of a proxy and a bond in 18 hours at current prices. The thing is finding a method that both lasts that long (preferably longer), and makes at least that much.

5. Start slow and let yourself get accustomed to it at a comfortable rate.

6. Be patient and remember that band happen. It's all about testing and trial and error, so don't get discouraged if setbacks happen. There's a surprising learning curve when it comes to goldfarming.

 

Hi, I've just started farming as well so I can answer your questions pm me if u need any more help/have any more questions

1. I personally use Simba for a bot client, it requires a lot more start up investments depending on your method but is said to be the safest client out there. Also, it's completely free other than the script and optional proxies + vps. (PM if you need help with simba, it's bit tricky)

2. This really is all up to you. Nothing I can say will make a difference. If you have a certain method that is obscure/unknown in a place where no one goes is almost no bans whatsoever.

3. Really any socks5 proxies are good. I've heard good things about proxyfish.com

4. P2P is much better in terms of bans. Methods are also usually better/having more options.

5. I would start with 1. Once you have your script and everything setup, test it using this account. Once you start feeling comfortable, just keep on expanding.

6. OSRS is definetly better right now to bot in terms of money and bans.

7. No matter what, don't give up. Don't be afraid to ask for help either.

 

No offense. But if you're gonna ask people everything (especially the script/method to use) then you might aswell stop now. Atleast do your own research. People always like to be spoonfed.
