I Have A Question:
What Is The Diffrence Between Unlocked,Locked, and Factory Unlocked iPhone 4S?

Locked is basically means that you only can use sim card with one provider that its locked to. Unlocked means that it was unlocked, and you can use any sim card on it ( can't unlock 4S yet I think ).

And factory unlocked means you can use it with any sim provider you want.
