Hey guys, im having some issues with my paypal. I try to purchase membership on runescape and it asks for me to add a new credit card. problem is i don't have one. Any tips?

Well obviously you need a bank card.

theres a card u can get at walgreens that acts as a credit card. you activate it for 20 and then you have to put some money on it. then you can connect it to the paypal. I forget the name of it. I think it has the word green in it
