Help getting lolreplay working correctly..

I seem to be having some troubles getting lolreplay to actually work for me. I've spent a couple hours trying to troubleshoot it and I just can't seen to figure out what the issue is.


What happens: I try to playback a replay, it tells me that the replay is for a newer version than my lolclient (even though its up to date) and asks if I'd like to select a new directory. If I reselect the directory it pretends to load then crashes to a bugsplat. If I hit no to selecting a new directory, it just closes and nothing happens.

Things I've tried:
uninstall/fresh re-install
making sure paths are correct
repairing files / downloading others replays (both recent and older ones)
taking client in riot folder and copying it over to lolreplays folder


Does anyone have any idea what could possibly be going wrong?
