Help getting back on account please

So I'm having an issue logging into my account which my username is "dice" ever since sythe got updated. I haven't been able to get on. My pass isnt working and im pretty sure its the correct one im using. I tried to send a password reset but I didn't get any email for it nor am i sure which email its under. Hoping i have a security question attached to account or if there is something i can do to prove/show/do to show account is mine. Maybe let me set to new email or can an admin temp change my pass for me? if anymore info is needed can add my skype "dicesythe". please and ty
