Alright well, if you can add the "extra" the best option would be for sure this considering those options you have on that website:



I wouldn't buy 2 Monitors right now, instead i would spend more on the computer itself and later on upgrading to one more monitor.

If you really need 2 Monitores downgrade motherboard and ram.

I didn't include Windows and antivirus because Norton isn't good and windows is easy to install, if you don't know how to install it, request Windows 7 or Windows 8.

 

£1,600 with one monitor damn, i'll check that out also, thanks man!

 

I can downgrade some stuff and it will still be a beast @ 1.4£ with one monitor, it's 1550 not 1600
Considering it's way better than the one you were buying for 1.4£ with 2 monitores, i think it's worth it.
