Help Compiling

I always get this when I try to compile...I use this for the compiler code:

@echo off
title Server Compiler
"C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_20\bin\javac.exe" -cp . *.java
pause

This is what comes up...

Someone help me please?

Does that message mean that it's successfully compiled? If not what do I need to do to fix it?

It should compile... only reason i know this is when u make an arraylist you get that same message, and it works.
