Erm. I dont know much about computer specs but all I know is that i7 is much better. Forgot where I heard but i7 does much more than i5. Keyboard and mouse doesn't really matter tbh. Wont do much in terms of making you better.

    What’s your budget?
Why on earth would you buy hardware that’s in the 2nd generation when we’re now in the 8th. Both of them are SO old it’s not even funny for that price.
For about $1000 you can build a modern gaming pc. For about $500 you can build a modern pc that has warranty and decent specs.

Don’t listen to the ‘i7 is best’ people. Sure, an i7 of the latest gen is one of the best cpu’s but an i3-8100 is also a quad core cpu with a decent base and turbo and can take DDR4 instead of 3.
Go to pcpartpicker, put an i3-8100 in your cart, a b360m mobo, an 80+gold 400w power supply, a NVIDIA 1050(ti if you can afford it) and you are golden. A cpu heatsink doesn’t have to be an expensive one so pick any that fits your budget, 8gb ddr4 2666mhz(2x4 sticks) ram is more than enough, a 120gb ssd and any 1tb hdd.

Build it yourself if you’re feeling like it, otherwise go to a local pc shop or like a help from a student program. Or maybe the web shop you buy the stuff at has a building area idk.

    Good luck
