    Help! Can't connect to RS
    occasionally, i can't connect to RS.

    they say

    403 forbidden
    The following error occurred: Access denied by access control list.
    Could not open error file

    what does this mean? please help

    Try taking off Parental Control, see if that works.

    parental control isn't on. I can get in sometimes. sometimes not.
