HELP Buying Daybreak account! SAFE OR NOT?

Is it safe to buy a Daybreak account/h1z1 account? if the email gets changed to mine and all the information. If no credit card was ever set up or Daybreak auth.

If I were to use a middle man and have all the information changed over to them first to confirm it and then it was switched to mine.
Would this be safe and would he be able to recover it after the email change
