Help! 3k Limit - A Way round it? Need info!

got the 3k limit.. Anyone know how i can get ALL my cash/items on it from another account? i heard u can drop-trade the stuff and it takes 1 HOUR, is it true?

trade to a shop on 1 account and then buy on another account, you will lose some money, but its the best way i know
