Nope that post has no history. @Brizzy mods don't verify whether someone is going to scam or not even if they had one succesfull trade. Anyways going to let another moderator handle this report.

If you are indeed Superioriti you'd be TWC evading which is not allowed and which usually results in this account being banned for 2 weeks and getting a TWC aswell.

Perm banned him for now because we need to figure out why he has a TWC in the first place. He can dispute it in the dispute TWC section. Thanks for the report.
