He got me banned for nothing.

So i bought a league of legends account from him, all went smooth untill i wanted to take the first game. I had spent all the ip on the champs i wanted to play so no ip was left. Then the queue started and a message popped up, that said it had left to many champ selects, so it had leave buster. The leave buster did so i had to wait 20 minutes before each game, before i could queue up. I though it was okay because i though it was a game or 2, but it was 10.! so i wasted 200 minutes of my life, just to get into 10 games. So i made a dispute on him on paypal, because that isn't fair. After that i told him a small refund would be fair, and then he threathen me and send me a link with my girlfriends facebook link.!
