its not the surgens fault tho he just comes in an does the operation the ppl in there helping him are the ones that stuffed up an iam not just doing this for the money its because iam goin through pain that i shouldn't be an yes the money would be nice but idk i think we might be goin to do it an were lookin at $50,000 min an $200,000+ everyone is saying.

Why the hell would you sue when they operated on the wrong leg BUT that leg was just as bad as your other. In fact there giving you another free surgery and you would of had to have another surgey if you sue your just gona lose + the lawyer ect cost like 20,000$ no point in sueing.

You either sue him or go back to him for the free operation. How do you plan on winning a case against him if you request the same services again? Judge will say "phail"!
Plus you have no damages, so even attempting to sue would just show you to be a selfish prick who is contributing to one of the very reasons the people in this world suck.
